Menu
Today's menu has been 20 years in the making. While we're too smart to mess with the success of our hickory-smoked meats, our kitchen continues to come up with special items that have been stamped with our "loyal customer seal of approval". You'll definitely want to try the Open-Faced Hot Beef Brisket Sandwich, Smoked Turkey Cobb Salad and our Southern Fried Dill Pickles.

On Friday and Saturday nights we serve Hickory Smoked Prime Rib from 4 p.m. until we're sold out. You simply won't believe how good it is!
