Our sales people are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, or by appointment, to help with your catering needs and questions.
A successful event requires good planning, so please talk with our sales staff and place your order as far in advance as possible. Even if you aren’t sure of the date, ask us to “pencil you in” for the dates you are considering. Because we have made such a great name for ourselves in bar-b-que, there are certain times of the year that our calendar can become fully booked. By giving us as much advance notice as you are able, we will contact you before those dates fill up, ensuring you the catering service you will love.
We understand that planning an event and collecting R.S.V.P.’s can be difficult. We will make every effort to accommodate last minute changes within 48 hours of your event. However, various times throughout the year we may be unable to make those adjustments.
While we understand that emergencies happen, depending on the notice given for canceling or postponing an event, charges will apply. Cancellations occurring within 48 hours of the event, charges will be up to 20 percent of the total bill. Cancellations occurring on the day of event will be up to 50 percent of the total bill.
A deposit of 50% for all weddings is due six months in advance. The remaining balance is due ten days prior to the wedding date.
While we do not require deposits for any other event types we will accept deposits at any time.
Payment methods are as follows:

- Check {Personal or Company}
- Cash
- Cashier’s or Traveler’s Check
- Bennett’s extends credit to a majority of their business customers. At the time of the event please keep your copy of the invoice to pay off. Our payment terms on all invoices are Net 10.
All charges are subject to tax rates of the city/county where the event takes place. If you are a tax exempt organization please let us know in advance of the event. We are required to have you fill out a tax exemption form and send back to us before the day of your event.

Weddings are the only event type that we include a 15% gratuity with the invoice. All other event types gratuity is not included in the fees. This is left up to your discretion. If you would like to tip the servers or delivery people at your event, we recommend anywhere from 10-20% depending on your satisfaction with the level of service. If you request it, we are able to add the gratuity to your final bill before you pay.
We are happy to arrange rentals of equipment on your behalf for your event. Rental fees will be additional to your food and labor costs. Whether you are looking for tables, tents, and chairs, or china and a dance floor we will take care of all arrangements necessary.
