Helpful guidelines when ordering meats, sides and extras for groups:
One pound of meat will serve 2 - 3 people.
One pint of any Sidekick (beans, slaw, etc.) will serve 3 - 4 people.
One quart of any Sidekick will serve 5 - 7 people.
One gallon of any Sidekick will serve about 30 people.
